Important Dates

• Registration: December 1, 2026 - January 31, 2027
• Coaches' Meeting: Wednesday, January 27 at 6:30 PM at Ike Owings Community Center
• Evaluations: Saturday, February 6 at Hunter Park
• Team Notifications: By Friday, February 12
• Practices Begin: Week of February 15
• No Refunds After: Monday, February 15
• First Games: Saturday, March 13
• Season Ends: May 15
• Baseball Age Control Date: May 1, 2027

Evaluation Schedule

Participants should bring a bat, glove, and cleats to evaluations.

4U: There will be no evaluations for the 4U division. Participants will be placed on a team.

Field assignments are subject to change.

Team Selection and Draft Process

Frozen (Reserved) Participants

To maintain a balanced and fair team selection process, coaches may designate certain players as "frozen" prior to the draft. This allows coaches to retain specific players they are familiar with, such as siblings, relatives, or other participants they have coached in the past.

Each coach may freeze a maximum of five (5) players per season. Coaches' children are included in the five-player limit.

Evaluations and Draft

Participants will be evaluated by coaches and volunteers to assess their skills and abilities. Following evaluations, coaches will select players using a snake draft format. The coach who selects last in the first round will select first in the second round, with the order continuing in this format until all available roster spots are filled.

Participants Who Miss Evaluations

Participants who are absent on evaluation day and have not been frozen by a coach will be included in a blind draw. Coaches will take turns selecting players from the pool until all available roster spots are filled.

Only players who have been frozen by a coach prior to the draft are excluded from the blind draw and snake draft process.

No requests to play with a specific player or coach will be accepted.

Practices and Team Notifications

Participants and coaches will be notified of team selections, rosters, and practice times by Friday, February 12. Practices will begin the week of February 15. Practice schedules are based on facility and head coach availability.

Registration Fees

Registration fee includes: Team jersey, hat, belt, and socks.

Additional Information
