Kids Zone Fee: $25/week for city residents | $30/week for non-residents

Our afterschool programs will consist of enrichment, mental and emotional health, health and wellness, family fun events and partnerships with programs such as Taekwondo and Ballet and activities will be designed by age group.

CAMP FUNTASTIC is a 7-week summer camp program that will provide a safe and quality experience for our campers.

Kids will experience social, educational, and recreational programming.

Activities will range from arts and crafts, board games, sports, field trips and much more.

Breakfast and lunch will be provided daily.

A $50 deposit is required during registration for each week your child is attending camp.

This deposit will reserve the camper’s spot and the remaining balance will be due the Friday, prior to each week.

Some field trips require an additional fee.

Hey Teens, join us for an adventure of lifelong learning and fun! At Camp FUNtastic Y2K Teen Camp, we strive to foster personal growth for teens by providing them with fun, safe educational/recreational programs, filled with outdoor experiences and team-building activities. Y2K Camp is a 7 week camp with a different theme each week.

The Counselor-in-Training Program runs from 8 AM to 4 PM weekdays, June 8, through July 24. (No camp on June 19, or week of June 29)

The Douglasville Parks and Recreation Counselor-in-Training Program is designed to prepare youth with quality job experiences by preparing them for positions as camp counselors or recreation leaders.

Key goals within this program will be developing leadership skills, teamwork, communication and program skills.

CITs will help to organize games and activities with campers and assist the day camp counselors with daily responsibilities.

The CIT program will give youth real world job training and an opportunity to receive volunteer hours for school.

Each participant will be evaluated at the end of the program, and a letter of participation sent to their school.

Registering for the program does not guarantee selection to participate.

We will conduct an additional interview process to identify teens interested in leadership, career development, and youth programming.

Interviews are scheduled for May 18–22, and all applicants will be notified of their admission status by May 25.
